Position: Dealer Customer Experience Manager

Position Summary: The Dealer Customer Experience Manager is responsible for,
• Proactively and measuring the approach on dealership effectiveness by managing and exceeding
client expectations, during service reception, including follow up calls;

Position: Lot Technician

Position Summary: The Lot Technicians are responsible for,
• Moving bikes into the proper locations throughout the Service Department, Warehouse and
Dealership;

• Conscious of shoplifting activity. Watching for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations;
• Accurately and efficiently completing all sales transactions and maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers;
• Communicating customer requests to management;
• Other job duties as assigned.
• Maintaining customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards;
• Receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers;

Minimum Requirements: Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent; Must be punctual with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; Must have a current driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle abstract; Computer experience preferred; Customer service experience, a must.
